After the project and prototyping (pictures 1 - 2 - 3) every single exhaust system is dyno tested (picture 4) before being assembled by T.I.G. (picture 5) and M.I.G. weldings (picyure 6) and series produced.
The quality of every item is accurately checked step after step, from the riveting (picture 7) and cleaning (picture 8) to the final packing and stockage (picture 9). A CNC milling machine (picture 10) allows then to produce internally all the moulds needed and a high precision cnc bending machine (picture 11) grants bends with no defects.
