We ship our products all over the world every day through the use of insured couriers.

All products are shipped from our logistics in Cherasco (Italy).
No customs or hidden costs.
The best packaging on the market is used.
The goods are therefore protected and insured.
Shipments to countries outside the EU require payment of local VAT and CUSTOMS. These costs will be charged to the final customer directly by the courier.
Is it possible to send an order via e-mail or telephone?
All orders must be processed directly via our website.

Right of Withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods, provided that the products have not been used or tested.
To do so, the Customer must send a written notice to our office within the aforementioned timeframe, via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. Alternatively, a telegram or email may be sent, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter within the following 48 hours.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
The warranty becomes void immediately in the event of tampering or modifications made to the product by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized items, nor to products that, by their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly (ref. Art. 59, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code).
Refund Policy
In the event of a refund request, please note that, as the products are handcrafted and custom-made, MACH SRL reserves the right to retain 20% of the order amount to cover production and handling costs.
Product Warranty
All products purchased through our website are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
In the case of verified defects, we will replace the item free of charge, following proper assessment.
The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to improper use or if it has been modified without authorization.
Components subject to normal wear and tear, such as sound-absorbing rock wool used in sport exhaust systems, are not covered by the warranty.
